Accountabilities:
- Designing and documenting employee relations frameworks, including policies, escalation pathways, and supporting resources.
- Developing annual performance review and merit cycle enablement materials, including stakeholder training sessions.
- Creating people operations playbooks and process documentation to improve consistency and scalability.
- Building calibration frameworks and visualization tools to support effective performance alignment across teams.
- Evaluating existing people partner processes and identifying opportunities for AI integration, automation, and operational improvements.
- Updating people toolkits, enablement materials, and reference documentation based on current best practices.
- Reviewing and optimizing organizational policies while providing clear recommendations and updated documentation.
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones independently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
- Applying data, analytics, and strategic insights to improve people processes and measure effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience delivering people operations projects, including employee relations frameworks, performance review programs, calibration processes, policies, and operational playbooks.
- Experience supporting scaling technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Proven ability to independently manage consulting engagements and deliver high-quality work products on schedule.
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating clear, structured, and persuasive business documentation.
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs and stakeholder enablement sessions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to use data and analytics to guide decisions.
- Experience developing culture initiatives, leadership programs, and high-performing teams.
- Ability to evaluate and optimize HR processes, including identifying opportunities for AI-powered tools and automation.
- Experience conducting policy reviews and producing actionable documentation aligned with organizational requirements.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Established independent consulting practice or experience providing similar services to multiple clients is preferred.
- Competitive consulting compensation of $55 - $70 per hour.
