AI Operations Associate

Tashkent, UzbekistanFull-timePosted Jul 16, 2026

We're hiring an AI Operations Associate to work directly with our top management in our Tashkent office, helping run the day-to-day of a company serving US-based clients. You'll own operational tasks, learn our tools and processes fast, and take on autonomous work across operations, product management, HR, and research. This is a role for someone with real agency who wants a front-row seat to how a US-facing AI startup runs, and who wants to grow into more. We care more about how you think than the length of your resume. Compensation is based on experience, with meaningful room for the right person.

About Us

Bolder Apps is a product development studio that partners with US-based startups and established companies to build and scale innovative digital products. We specialize in AI-powered development, full-cycle product creation, and engineering team augmentation. Our mission is simple: build bolder, faster, and smarter.

Our Culture & Values (read before applying)

We move fast. We take ownership. We work with AI, not against it. And we expect everyone to bring ideas, not wait for instructions.

There are no daily checklists, no micromanagement, and no corporate politics. Instead, you'll have autonomy, trust, and a team that's always ready to help you grow. At Bolder Apps, impact matters more than titles, and curiosity matters more than seniority.

If you want a place where you can level up fast and actually see your work making a difference - welcome aboard.

Responsibilities

  • Own core operational tasks end to end: coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping things from falling through the cracks
  • Support top management directly, taking things off their plate as you earn trust
  • Run HR documentation and paperwork, and help drive parts of the hiring process
  • Learn the software we run the company on quickly, then help the team use it better
  • Communicate with US-based clients and partners in clear, professional English
  • Take on autonomous research: product research, market research, and one-off investigations the team needs
  • Spot what's broken or slow, propose a fix, and drive it without being told

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional English, written and spoken. You can jump on a call with a US client and hold your own.
  • Sharp and fast-learning. You pick up new tools and processes quickly, and you don't need the same thing explained twice.
  • High agency. You see what needs doing and do it. You start things and finish them, even when no one is watching.
  • Vocal and idea-driven. You speak up, push back when something doesn't make sense, and bring proposals, not just problems.
  • Organized by instinct. You put things in order, close loops, and a mess bothers you enough to fix it.
  • Technical mindset. You tinker. You already play with AI tools like Claude and Gemini, you're quick to try new software, and you're the kind of person people ask when their tech isn't working.
  • Bonus if you've already worked in operations, admin, or a startup, but we care more about how you think than your resume.

Benefits

  • Compensation based on experience, with meaningful room for the right person
  • A front-row seat to how US-based AI startups and companies operate, and direct exposure to top management
  • Hands-on learning across operations, HR, hiring, AI, and product
  • Real ownership. We don't micromanage. You'll be trusted with meaningful work early.
  • A team that invests in your growth and a clear path to take on bigger responsibilities fast
  • In-office role in Tashkent, working shoulder to shoulder with the people who run the company
