Create workflows, processes, and tools to meet the Play program requirements. + Manage operational performance of third-party vendor operations to ensure Play is able to deliver high quality technical enforcement and appeals processes. + Work with developers to drive adherence and adoption of high quality Play features and services. + Develop advanced product knowledge with specialization in one or more components, including dependencies on other products and teams. + Work with external developers, generate developer insights and create written guidance and Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, partnership, developer organisations to improve Plays products, tools and services.
