Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering with customers to understand operational needs and develop customized application solutions.
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare technical proposals, system layouts, cost analyses, ROI assessments, and presentations that support business development activities.
    • Lead customer application projects from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful system integration.
    • Coordinate with engineering, product management, and external stakeholders to define project scope, align requirements, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
    • Contribute innovative concepts and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value, support digital transformation efforts, and strengthen competitive differentiation.
    • Monitor and report on key business performance indicators, including sales conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and technical validation success.
    • Support product enhancement initiatives by providing market insights, customer feedback, and recommendations for new product introductions and application optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer-specific technical requirements throughout project implementation.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, combined with a strong commercial or sales background.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial automation, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
      • Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
      • Experience working with logistics systems, automation technologies, and system integration processes.
      • Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage.
      • Familiarity with industry compliance standards, including CE and UL-related requirements.
      • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Commercially driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
      • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
      • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required to support customers and business initiatives.
