The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.96 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement (avg. 100-200 mi/wk) Requirements:1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs repeatedly.Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.Possession of a valid driver's license.Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
