Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will support clients who have already requested information and guide them through understanding and accessing suitable benefit options.

    • Engage with inbound clients who have shown interest in benefit solutions
    • Explain available options in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand manner
    • Assist clients through the onboarding and setup process
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
    • Follow a defined system designed to ensure consistency and client satisfaction
    • Collaborate within a remote team environment while managing your own schedule
    • Focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered support without cold outreach
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a motivated, people-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Experience in customer service, sales support, client relations, or similar roles (preferred)
      • Ability to explain information clearly and guide clients through structured processes
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      • Comfortable working in a performance-based, results-oriented environment
      • Basic digital literacy and ability to use online communication tools (Zoom, CRM systems, etc.)
