Accountabilities:
- Engage with inbound clients who have shown interest in benefit solutions
- Explain available options in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand manner
- Assist clients through the onboarding and setup process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Follow a defined system designed to ensure consistency and client satisfaction
- Collaborate within a remote team environment while managing your own schedule
- Focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered support without cold outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, sales support, client relations, or similar roles (preferred)
- Ability to explain information clearly and guide clients through structured processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
