Accountabilities:

    • Lead national sales strategy and drive revenue growth across law firms, corporate clients, and government accounts
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and executive-level relationship development
    • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for complex SaaS and eDiscovery solutions
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals
    • Collaborate with executive, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution
    • Track market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
    • Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance tracking to ensure consistent revenue delivery
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, legal tech, eDiscovery, or enterprise software
      • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments
      • Experience selling to enterprise clients such as law firms, corporate legal teams, or government organizations
      • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and professional services sales cycles
      • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
      • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions
      • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
      • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
      • Strong collaboration mindset and customer-centric approach
