Accountabilities:
- Provide analytical and advisory support to stakeholders on business and IT application strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future needs.
- Analyze, document, and refine business requirements for enterprise applications, particularly within financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS Financial systems.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements across financial workflows, including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles.
- Troubleshoot system issues related to financial close processes, ensuring timely resolution and operational continuity.
- Design, configure, and maintain Oracle ERP workflows, approval rules, and security roles using BPM Worklist and related tools.
- Support system testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for new implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using BI Publisher, Smart View, FRS, and OTBI to support business decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation standards, system controls, and compliance with risk and governance requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to business users to ensure effective adoption of ERP tools and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle EBS Financials in implementation and production support environments.
- Deep expertise in financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Fixed Assets, and related processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, including Payables and Receivables, and financial systems configuration.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience in Oracle workflow configuration, security roles, data conversion (FBDI/ADFDI), and system troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
- Experience supporting testing cycles including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to support both technical and business stakeholders.
