In this position…
The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for leading and expanding the Ford Pro relationship with our large commercial customers in the Pacific Northwest. As the primary point of contact, the NAM serves as the ultimate subject matter expert on Ford Pro vehicles. You will collaborate seamlessly with Ford Pro Charging, Ford Pro Intelligence, and Ford Pro Service teams to design and deliver true end-to-end, high-value solutions to our commercial partners.
What you'll do...
- Achieve aggressive objectives and key results (OKRs) across Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) / Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) sales, Charging, Telematics, and Service solutions.
- Develop and negotiate Competitive Price Allowance (CPA) proposals to drive commercial sales and maximize market share.
- Provide strategic counsel to fleet managers regarding new product offerings, production and distribution timing, and comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
- Participate actively in fleet conventions, associations, and other critical fleet industry events at both local and national levels to build brand presence and network.
- Access and utilize a range of complex Ford systems daily to manage accounts and drive data-backed decisions (including FBMS, Vincent, FIMPs, CONCEPs, NAVIS, GFIN, SAMS, and Salesforce).
What you'll have...
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 10+ years of proven sales and automotive industry experience, with a track record of managing large, complex B2B accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills, essential for high-level direct customer contact.
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong capability for data-driven decision-making.
- Deep Product, Company, and Automotive Industry knowledge.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales systems (Salesforce and proprietary Ford systems preferred).
- Well-rounded business acumen with a deep understanding of commercial fleet operations.
- Ability to travel

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
