You will work directly with our Senior Growth Manager as a team of two, which means your work ships fast, is visible, and makes a real difference At CELUS, we are building the platform where component adoption happens, connecting electronics engineers with design components. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a start-up environment. Your responsibilities will include:Content: Draft, design, and schedule content across our channels, from LinkedIn posts and visuals to campaign copy. Track what performs and keep our content calendar and asset library in order.Webinars: Support our webinar series end to end: promotion assets, registration emails, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up.Email campaigns: Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot and pull the basic numbers to see what lands.Trade shows: Help prepare our presence at shows like Embedded World and Electronica, including booth materials, pre-show outreach, and lead follow-up.Partners and creators: Support co-branded content with partners such as NXP, Würth Elektronik, and Siemens EDA, and with engineering creators, coordinating assets and timelines.Your profileEnrolled student in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or a related fieldStrong writer who can draft clear, engaging copy across formats, from LinkedIn posts to emails and blog draftsWell organized, comfortable managing a content calendar and juggling parallel timelines across webinars, events, and campaignsCreative doer who brings ideas of their own and actually builds them, from new content formats to experiments we have not tried yetSelf-starter who is proactive, comfortable with ownership, and works without daily directionFluent in English; German is a plusExperience with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Adobe, and prior exposure to organizing webinars or trade shows, is advantageous but not essentialWe aim to respond to all applications however if you do not hear from us within 30 days from the date of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
