Job Description Summary

‎

Role Summary
Mosaic Health is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Technology Integrations to serve as the enterprise leader accountable for the strategic planning, execution, and governance of all technology integration initiatives across Mosaic, CareMore, Vera Whole Health, and Millennium. This executive drives the technology infrastructure, application readiness, and operational continuity required to successfully onboard newly acquired organizations and strategic partnerships at enterprise scale.

The AVP owns the end-to-end IT diligence and integration lifecycle — from pre-deal technology assessment and risk quantification through Day 1 readiness, transition execution, and long-term stabilization. This leader establishes and continuously evolves Mosaic Health's enterprise integration playbooks, governance frameworks, and cross-functional delivery mechanisms, ensuring every acquisition is executed with precision, cost discipline, and minimal disruption to care delivery.

Reporting to the VP, Clinical Technology, the AVP partners across IT, clinical operations, finance, legal, and business unit leadership to align technology solutions with enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare IT, M&A diligence, large-scale technology integration, and executive leadership — with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-entity transitions in value-based care environments.

‎

The AVP is expected to bring enterprise fluency across the technology domains that define Mosaic Health's integration landscape — from infrastructure and cybersecurity to clinical application portfolios and interoperability standards. This leader understands how technology decisions in M&A diligence directly shape integration cost, risk, and timeline — and governs accordingly across every acquisition and transition the enterprise undertakes.

M&A IT diligence playbooks, Day 1 / Day 100 transition templates, integration governance frameworks, post-merger stabilization methodologies, and enterprise IMO structures supporting consistent, repeatable, and cost-disciplined integration execution.    IT infrastructure (network, endpoints, servers), EHR and clinical application platforms, cybersecurity posture assessment, application portfolio rationalization, data management practices, and IT staffing model evaluation across acquired organizations.    HIPAA, HITECH, cybersecurity standards, and data governance requirements governing technology transitions — including risk quantification, remediation planning, and integration compliance embedded throughout the diligence and integration lifecycle.
