Title and Summary
Director, Product ManagementWe are seeking a strategic and analytical Director, Portfolio Optimization to identify growth and performance improvement opportunities across a portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a consultative mindset, leveraging data, insights, and industry knowledge to diagnose opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and partner closely with account teams and clients to drive measurable results.This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a management consultant—able to uncover root causes, challenge assumptions, build compelling business cases, and influence stakeholders to execute optimization plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, penetration, engagement, and profitability.
Diagnose business challenges and performance gaps using data, market insights, and client knowledge.
Develop strategic recommendations and optimization roadmaps tailored to client needs and objectives.
Partner closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams to prioritize, implement, and track improvement initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
Monitor key performance indicators and measure the impact of optimization strategies.
Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on portfolio performance and growth opportunities.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and best-practice sharing.
All About You:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Significant experience in portfolio management, consulting, strategy, account management, business development, financial services, payments, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Proven experience managing client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented.
Language Requirements
Fluent English and Spanish required.
Portuguese is a strong plus.
