Accountabilities:

    • Manage and maintain multi-account cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency across infrastructure platforms.
    • Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based systems and services while supporting internal stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Design and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management processes.
    • Monitor system health, availability, and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing improvements to increase reliability and resilience.
    • Develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, and operational processes that improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
    • Ensure cloud environments comply with security standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to support new cloud initiatives, provide technical guidance, and promote operational excellence.
    • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting production issues, and driving post-incident improvements.
    • Contribute to monitoring strategies, observability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across infrastructure and operations teams.
    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux/UNIX systems administration and production infrastructure management.
      • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-native technologies.
      • Experience managing multi-account AWS environments and cloud governance solutions, including AWS Control Tower.
      • Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or Go.
      • Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
      • Solid knowledge of configuration management and automation platforms, including Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt.
      • Experience using Git in collaborative development environments, including branching strategies, code reviews, and version control workflows.
      • Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes is considered a strong asset.
      • Experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and platforms such as Jenkins and Artifactory is preferred.
      • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance analysis solutions across distributed environments and multiple data centers.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive mindset and strong commitment to operational excellence.
