We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven customer marketing manager to drive the execution of the marketing activities for Honeywell Building solutions division for Europe. The role will be based in Ratingen, Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating demand generation through the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, for developing specific vertical and account based campaigns, leveraging our internal marketing shared services for creative and content, media and events, and working together with offering and sales team to make an impact on the market.
Your ability to understand customer needs, translate into a value proposition to ensure that local sales and customer marketing objectives are captured and acted on, as well as the overall business goals, is essential for success in this role. This role will create impact on customer relationships, engagement with target audiences, new customer acquisition and retention, enhance brand perception, grow sales of our new products and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute specific vertical (data center, healthcare, Pharma/Lifesciences, Hospitality as priorities) and account based marketing plans for Honeywell Building Solutions business unit for Europe, to drive end-user engagement and generate a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales and offering teams, shared services team and other marketing teams to define impactful plans and improve campaigns results within set budget, prioritize actions with highest return
- Develop impactful account-based marketing plans with sales team to drive loyalty and engagement of key accounts
- Ensure effective deployment of value propositions in marketing materials for Europe
- Grow awareness and desirability of Honeywell brand in Europe
- Manage budget efficiently and build continuous improvements in how marketing is developed and deployed.
Must Have skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or similar roles
- Knowledge of key verticals: Datacenter, healthcare, hospitality, defense
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns at European level
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and project management skills
- Knowledge of demand generation and lead generation, as well as proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- At ease with complexity

- Strong interpersonal skills to develop solid internal and external relationships
