Accountabilities:

    • Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard strategic reseller partners across North America while establishing strong commercial relationships that support long-term business growth.
    • Lead partner onboarding by introducing reseller programs, pricing models, operational processes, and provisioning tools to ensure successful adoption.
    • Deliver sales enablement programs, training sessions, and partner education initiatives that equip reseller teams to effectively position, demonstrate, and support SaaS solutions.
    • Develop annual and quarterly business plans with partners, monitor performance against revenue goals, and drive continuous business growth through data-driven planning.
    • Collaborate on strategic sales opportunities through co-selling initiatives while maintaining a partner-first approach that strengthens customer relationships.
    • Conduct regular business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, reduce churn, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience in SaaS partner management, channel sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
      • Proven experience working with reseller ecosystems such as Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Professional Services organizations, hyperscaler marketplaces, or similar partner channels.
      • Established professional network within the U.S. partner ecosystem and a demonstrated ability to develop strategic business relationships.
      • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing forecasts, pipelines, business planning, and partner performance metrics.
      • Ability to understand technical SaaS solutions and effectively communicate their business value to both technical and executive audiences.
      • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
