The Trade Support team is a critical function within GTC, responsible for managing the operational, accounting, and reporting aspects of FX derivatives and intercompany loan transactions. The team supports key business initiatives including M&A, legal entity restructurings, capital infusions, dividend distributions, and financing activities. Working closely with Treasury, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Oracle, LEM, AET, TMS Support, and banking partners, the team ensures accurate execution, governance, and risk management across Treasury operations.
- Manage end-to-end post FX trade treasury operations, including FX trade validation, confirmation, settlement, and compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Oversee accounting and reporting for FX, derivatives, & I/C loan transactions in accordance with GAAP, derivative policies, and corporate accounting standards.
- Perform daily Treasury Management System (TMS) operations, including GL interfaces, reconciliations, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of I/C loans, including setup, interest accruals, settlements, accounting, and related analytics.
- Execute and monitor regulatory reporting obligations, including support for EMIR, DTCC, and other compliance requirements.
- Perform post-trade analysis, reconciliations, KPI development, and financial analytics to enhance operational effectiveness and risk management.
- Lead trade investigations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
- Partner with banks, Treasury teams, business units, and external stakeholders to support IC loan management, foreign exchange, and financing activities.
- Drive automation, process simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
- 2+ years in Finance
- Any treasury experience would be an advantage
Academic Background: - Qualified accountant or other equivalent finance certification (CA, M.com, ACA, ACCA,
CPA, etc.) - Degree in Finance/Accounting an advantage.
