Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for Employer of Record (EOR) matters, acting as a liaison and subject matter expert between internal teams and external providers.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace matters, escalating complex situations when needed.
- Partner with leadership to support the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, and organizational improvements.
- Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and HR data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead recruitment processes, developing effective strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, formal communications, and policy-related materials.
- Support onboarding programs, employee orientation, and the creation of training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR information systems and databases remain up to date.
- Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting leaders and employees.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams or remote workforces.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational policies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building, consulting, and influencing abilities across different levels of an organization.
- High level of judgment, discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Previous experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience using AI tools for HR analytics or workforce insights.
- HR certifications such as HRCI, SHRM, or equivalent credentials.
- Competitive compensation of approximately USD $78,924–95,244 or local equivalent, adjusted according to location and cost of living.
