This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, ensuring seamless platform adoption, and building strong relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Tracxn platform, proactively address customer needs, and work cross-functionally to optimize engagement strategies.
