With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries. We're looking for a Strategic Business Analyst - someone who takes a complex business question, digs into the data, and comes back with a clear point of view and direction. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have a real seat at the table.This is a build role. We're scaling our analytics foundation, so you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work with data - designing the reports and dashboards that will become our core decision-making tools, built to be scalable and AI-ready.What you'll do:Work with leadership to translate business questions into insights that drive decisionsBuild our first core reports and dashboards from the ground upDesign clean, scalable data infrastructure with the future in mindBe a thought partner, not just an executor Requirements 5–7+ years in business analysis, strategy, or a data-driven roleStrong business intuition alongside solid technical skills (SQL, BI tools, data modeling)Experience building analytics infrastructure, not just working with existing ones·AI native - you use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, think, and solve problems·Clear, sharp communicator who can make data accessible to any audienceComfortable with ownership and ambiguity - you figure things out Apply for this position
