Accountabilities:
- Lead and support strategic staffing initiatives by coordinating project assignments, transitions, and workforce planning across multiple teams.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to align staffing decisions with operational priorities, utilization goals, and employee development plans.
- Facilitate staffing meetings, prepare leadership communications, and ensure clear documentation of staffing decisions and action items.
- Monitor resource allocation, identify potential capacity gaps, and recommend staffing solutions to maintain business continuity.
- Coordinate project onboarding, cross-team transitions, and staffing communications to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain staffing dashboards, reports, and workforce planning tools while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve staffing processes, reporting capabilities, and workflow automation.
- Track hiring pipelines, onboarding timelines, and professional development alignment to support long-term workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, capacity planning, or workforce operations within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring utilization, headcount planning, capacity metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Proven ability to develop strategic staffing recommendations while balancing business objectives and employee development needs.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and presenting staffing insights, recommendations, and trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience improving operational processes, implementing scalable workflows, and maintaining data integrity.
- Familiarity with workforce management or business platforms such as Monday.com, NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar systems is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Availability to work Eastern Time business hours and travel occasionally for team events.
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
