Positioned at the intersection of process reengineering and technology, the A&W Team leads large-scale initiatives that drive operational excellence through workflow, automation, software/application development, artificial intelligence (GenAI, Agentic AI), and intelligent document processing solutions. The team plays a key role in creating widespread efficiency that enables a shift in capacity towards higher-value clients and business-focused activities.What you’ll do in the role:Design and implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI testing frameworks, including validation of model behavior, prompt performance, accuracy testing, and end-to-end evaluation of AI-enabled workflows.Design and operationalize onshore / offshore operating models by establishing clear engagement practices, pipeline management, communication cadences, and handoff expectations to ensure effective cross-time zone collaboration.Build strong partnership with offshore counterparts to facilitate ongoing prioritization and capacity discussions, jointly shaping and evolving the operating model over time.Manage ongoing engagement with business, risk, and control partners for AI-enabled workflows in production.
