- Assists Cooks in any kitchen or food station in the preparation of food product.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
May perform other duties as assigned.
$22.55 Per Hour
- Must be familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Assists with line food service.
- Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.
- High School Diploma preferred; culinary training or equivalent experience required.
- Must have two years experience in culinary, preferably high volume environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
- Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
