This role plays a pivotal part in bringing structure, predictability, and governance to highly innovative maritime robotics and uncrewed vessel programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex engineering, production, and testing activities are translated into clear, reliable, and actionable project schedules. Working at the heart of a cutting-edge USV (uncrewed surface vessel) portfolio, you will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project leadership teams to ensure alignment between planning, capacity, cost, and delivery expectations. Your work will directly enable better decision-making by improving visibility on milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent projects. You will act as a key connector between technical delivery teams and PMO leadership, ensuring consistency, discipline, and transparency in planning practices. This is a highly analytical and structured role within an advanced, technology-driven offshore environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and continuously update integrated project schedules across USV programmes and related portfolio activities.
    • Monitor critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and delivery phases across design, build, integration, testing, and deployment.
    • Identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints early, and support mitigation planning with project managers.
    • Track progress against plans, ensuring accurate follow-up on actions, deliverables, and commitments across teams.
    • Contribute to portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and schedule performance analysis.
    • Align planning activities with capacity, cost control, governance requirements, and operational execution.
    • Facilitate planning sessions and progress meetings to strengthen structure, accountability, and delivery discipline.
    • Maintain PMO standards, templates, reporting cadence, and data quality across all planning activities.
    • Support PMO leadership in improving planning maturity and decision-making transparency across the programme portfolio.
    • Requirements

      • Background in engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or technical business administration.
      • Solid experience in project planning, project controls, or PMO functions within complex technical or engineering environments.
      • Strong proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
      • Excellent analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach.
      • Ability to manage detailed planning activities while maintaining a strong overall portfolio perspective.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Proven ability to work proactively and provide insights rather than purely administrative support.
      • Experience in maritime, offshore, manufacturing, or high-technology project environments is a plus.
      • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
      • Strong motivation to contribute to innovative and autonomous systems development.
