Accountabilities:

    The Data Analytics Consultant II will leverage analytical expertise to answer business questions, improve reporting capabilities, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include:

    • Analyze moderately complex datasets by collecting, cleaning, organizing, and interpreting information to identify trends and business opportunities.
    • Influence business strategy by delivering meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using advanced visualization tools such as Power BI.
    • Establish, document, and communicate best practices related to data retrieval, manipulation, quality, reporting, and analytics.
    • Monitor business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
    • Translate technical analytics outputs into accessible insights for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
    • Present project updates, reporting solutions, and analytical recommendations clearly to teams and management.
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver reporting products aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced analysts by sharing analytics expertise and best practices.
    • Support the expansion of analytical capabilities across existing projects and business functions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate insights effectively with business stakeholders. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
      • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related discipline.
      • Experience working with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
      • Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, reporting enhancements, and data visualization techniques.
      • Familiarity with data languages and database tools such as SQL, DAX, M Code, or Oracle.
      • Ability to interpret complex data and transform findings into clear business recommendations.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
      • Experience developing business insights, performance reports, or analytical models.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
      • Claims or insurance industry experience is considered an advantage.
