Role summary
The technical trainer designs and delivers role-based training for equity share plan products and the systems that support plan administration. The role partners with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk/Controls, and Client Service teams to ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to production processes.
Role responsibilities:
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and existing staff across equity plan administration and supporting platforms.
• Build structured learning paths (onboarding, role proficiency, release training, refresher training) with clear objectives and assessments.
• Train on core workflows within equity plan administration systems.
• Support training for system releases inclusive of calendar and team communications.
• Ensure training content aligns and is maintained to documented procedures.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate content and keep materials current.
• Gather feedback, analyse training effectiveness, and iterate content to close performance gaps.
Core skills & competencies:
• Instructional design: learning objectives, lesson plans, assessments, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation: clear communication, confident delivery, and ability to handle live Q&A.
• Technical aptitude. • Documentation discipline: producing clear, step-by-step materials and maintaining change history.
• Collaboration: effective partnering with SMEs, Product, Tech, and Operations.
• When needed support future-focused client-facing training on platform administration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more of: technical training, operations enablement, product support, equity plan administration.
• Experience creating training materials (job aids, guides, LMS modules, knowledge articles) and delivering live training.
• Willingness and capacity to travel across all three regions (US/EMEA/APAC) to support training delivery (including client training) as required.
