Sr Program Specialist

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing key program activities to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. You will be instrumental in coordinating program tasks, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and driving program efficiency and effectiveness.

You will report directly to a Sr. Program Manager or Director and you’ll work out of our Lancaster, PA location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of programs by ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution of tasks, and effective communication across teams, contributing to Honeywell’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and lead program activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with program objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate customer proposals for new business and follow on contracts
  • Develop new business through customer contacts

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of complex programs and projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful program delivery
  • Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of experience in program support or program management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of program coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software to track program progress and deliverables.
  • Experience in analyzing program data and generating reports to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with enterprise performance management and outcome-based solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM.) Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible for clearance processing for this role. All applications are reviewed in compliance with national security requirements.
