How you’ll make an impact in this role
Supervise the daily operations of retail sales.
- Train, coach and evaluate associates on performance expectations, and apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures within span of control. Design and implement scheduling for assigned staff.
- Operate the cash registers and ensure accurate and efficient accounts of all transactions by balancing cash receipts daily and/or monthly.
- May sell merchandise and assist patients, visitors and family members with their selections.
- Supervise policy implementation.
- Ensure that the retail outlet is sufficiently stocked with inventory and maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required. - 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
