Field Service Technician

Role responsibilities

The Field Service Technician will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Viken equipment and provide training to global representatives. They will also diagnose instrument faults and manage the internal service parts program.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical school degree being a plus. Proven experience in a field service or technical support role is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
