As a Graphic Designer & Content Creator, you’re not just designing marketing materials and creating content—you’re capturing the essence of Waldorf Astoria through compelling visuals that engage guests, elevate the brand, and create memorable experiences across every touchpoint.
From showcasing our luxurious rooms and award-winning dining experiences to highlighting weddings, events, wellness offerings, and seasonal campaigns, your creativity will help tell the story of Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. Through exceptional design, photography, video production, and digital content creation, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest journey and supporting the resort’s commercial objectives while maintaining the timeless elegance and sophistication of the Waldorf Astoria brand.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Design marketing materials including social media content, menus, flyers, invitations, posters, presentations, advertisements and hotel collateral.
- Create visual content for rooms, restaurants, spa, weddings, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Capture and edit photography and video content for social media, the website, and digital campaigns.
- Produce reels, stories, short-form videos, animations and motion graphics.
- Support hotel photoshoots and video productions, including mood boards, shot lists and styling.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
- Ensure all creative materials are consistent with Waldorf Astoria and Hilton brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple creative requests and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain an organised library of approved images, videos, templates and design files.
- Work closely with the Marketing, F&D, Spa, Rooms, Sales and Events teams.
- What are we looking For
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field. - Minimum of two to three years of relevant professional experience.
- Good understanding of luxury branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Experience in animation, motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong photography and image-retouching skills.
- Knowledge of digital and print artwork preparation.
- Good understanding of social media formats and content requirements.
- Experience using cameras, lighting and basic audio equipment is preferred.
