What You Can Expect
Executes assigned process excellence and continuous improvement activities with limited supervision. Supports operational efficiency, standardization, and performance measurement initiatives across functions.How You'll Create Impact
- Executes assigned process improvement initiatives with limited supervision
- Develops and maintains process maps, workflows, and documentation
- Supports identification and analysis of efficiency and quality gaps
- Assists with root cause analysis and solution design
- Supports implementation of standard work and controls
- Tracks improvement actions and basic benefit realization
- Collaborates cross-functionally on routine initiatives
- Escalates risks and issues per defined governance

Your Background
- Preferred Qualification: Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Preferred Qualification: 2+ years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or shared services environments
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience AMER
- Mandatory: Advanced level of english
- Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Ideal medical devices company experience
- Plus- previous experience in process flow plataforms, smartsheet and sharepoint
- Plus PMO skills - follow ups, assertive communication with stakeholders
