What You Can Expect

Executes assigned process excellence and continuous improvement activities with limited supervision. Supports operational efficiency, standardization, and performance measurement initiatives across functions.

How You'll Create Impact

• Executes assigned process improvement initiatives with limited supervision
• Develops and maintains process maps, workflows, and documentation
• Supports identification and analysis of efficiency and quality gaps
• Assists with root cause analysis and solution design
• Supports implementation of standard work and controls
• Tracks improvement actions and basic benefit realization
• Collaborates cross-functionally on routine initiatives
• Escalates risks and issues per defined governance

Your Background

• Preferred Qualification: Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Preferred Qualification: 2+ years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or shared services environments
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience AMER
• Mandatory: Advanced level of english
• Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Suite
• Ideal medical devices company experience
• Plus- previous experience in process flow plataforms, smartsheet and sharepoint
• Plus PMO skills - follow ups, assertive communication with stakeholders
