Role
Execute tasks allocated to CCL team based on the corporate 2.0 Blueprint
Your Responsibilities
- Ensures accuracy of data entry for assigned tasks(shipment creation and updates, pre-alerts etc)
- Adherence to approved and latest WI and Country templates
- Ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are delivered
- Communicate and correspond to all counterparts in timely and professional manner
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Graduate/College Level
- With 6 months - 1 year relevant experience (preferably in logistics/airline)
- Basic computer and MS Office applications
- Effective communication skills
- Organization and time management abilities
- Flexible working hours and shift work
