We are looking for someone who takes ownership, builds trusted customer relationships, and is motivated by creating long-term business value.Job DescriptionPlan, manage, and monitor project execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targetsDrive end-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologiesManage project scope, requirements, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and changesBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaborationEnsure transparent communication, regular reporting, and proper project documentationMonitor project financial indicators including revenue, utilization, margin, and budget performanceIdentify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation actionsFacilitate estimation activities, project planning, and resource forecastingSupport onboarding, motivation, and professional growth of project team membersIdentify opportunities to expand existing engagements and generate new business opportunitiesParticipate in workshops, discovery phases, solution discussions, and proposal preparationSupport pre-sales activities and contribute to acquiring new AI projectsPromote AI-driven approaches, automation, and delivery optimization practicesContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer satisfactionQualifications3+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services, software development, or technology consultingProven experience managing software development projects throughout the full project lifecycleExperience working directly with international customers and stakeholdersStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience managing project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resource allocationExperience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholdersUnderstanding of software development processes and cloud-based solutionsUnderstanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation solutionsExperience participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, discovery phases, or proposal preparationAbility to identify customer business needs and transform them into delivery opportunitiesStrong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability, utilization, margin, and customer value creationUpper-Intermediate English level or higherWILL BE A PLUSExperience working in outsourcing or consulting companiesExperience participating in RFPs, proposal preparation, and customer presentationsUnderstanding of Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI, or similar AI platformsPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certificationsExperience growing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesExperience managing multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneouslyAdditional InformationPERSONAL PROFILEStrong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery resultsGrowth-oriented mindset with interest in AI technologies and market trendsBusiness-oriented thinking with focus on customer value and business outcomesProactive and...
