Accountabilities

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales will play a key role in developing talent pipelines and supporting business growth by delivering efficient, high-quality recruiting strategies. The position requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for Sales and go-to-market positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for revenue-focused roles using sourcing platforms, recruiting tools, and market research.
    • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent strategies.
    • Conduct candidate assessments and provide structured feedback to support informed hiring decisions.
    • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and contribute to recruitment reporting and operational improvements.
    • Develop knowledge of the fintech, payments, and B2B SaaS talent markets to identify competitive profiles and hiring opportunities.
    • Contribute ideas, best practices, and process improvements to strengthen the overall talent acquisition function.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent organization skills, and a passion for connecting companies with exceptional talent. They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth environment and managing multiple recruitment priorities.

      • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or high-volume talent acquisition, ideally supporting Sales or go-to-market teams.
      • Proven ability to source, engage, and attract passive candidates through proactive recruiting strategies.
      • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and hiring operations.
      • Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining high-quality recruitment data.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
      • Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously develop expertise in commercial and technical hiring.
      • Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
      • Familiarity with modern recruiting platforms and tools such as Ashby is a plus.
