Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** We're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Architect to embed directly with clients and turn ambiguous business problems into deployed, working solutions. You'll spend time working with client teams to design and build solutions on their chosen platform, and act as the technical bridge between our product and the realities of client environments — feeding what you learn back into product strategy. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who's equally comfortable in a client workshop, in code, and in a system design discussion. What You'll Do * Partner directly with client stakeholders (technical and business) to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions built on our platform * Lead solution architecture for complex, ambiguous engagements — translating business requirements into technical designs and working implementations * Build and ship production-quality code, integrations, and prototypes embedded within client environments * Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, owning delivery outcomes end-to-end * Identify patterns across client engagements and feed product gaps, feature requests, and reusable assets back to engineering and product teams * Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices that reduce time-to-value across future engagements * Travel to client sites as needed (specify expected frequency, e.g., 25-40%) * Mentor junior architects and consultants on technical delivery and client engagement practices * Manage ambiguity and shifting requirements while keeping delivery timelines and client trust intact **Required technical and professional expertise** • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred. • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within complex organizations, including direct customer‑facing or forward‑deployed roles. • Demonstrated ability to translate business cases into domain models, architecture frameworks, and contextualized solutions. • Strong understanding of cloud, integration patterns, data architectures, and security. • Experience designing solutions incorporating GenAI, agentic workflows, or automated assistants. • Proven ability to manage architecture governance while supporting rapid, iterative delivery. • Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable interacting with executive stakeholders and engineering teams. New Skills Required (from provided content): • Domain modelling based on client business cases. • Industry knowledge to translate frameworks into context engineering. • Architecture and data pipeline design to support integration. • Ability to establish a delivery model augmented with an agentic SDLC. • Alignment of prompt engineering and context engineering to client enterprise standards. • Spec‑driven development and context engineering practices **Preferred technical and professional experience** * TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications. * Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience in environments requiring high levels of stakeholder alignment, such as consulting, transformation programs, or large enterprise deployments.
