Accountabilities:

    As a Senior Statistician, you will lead statistical analysis activities for clinical trial programs, ensuring data accuracy, scientific rigor, and clear reporting. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret results, support decision-making, and deliver high-quality statistical outputs.

    • Perform statistical analysis and reporting activities for clinical trial data.
    • Develop and apply statistical models using SAS and R to support efficacy analysis and data interpretation.
    • Analyze complex datasets and generate meaningful insights to support clinical research objectives.
    • Collaborate with clinical, programming, and other cross-functional teams throughout study activities.
    • Support the development of statistical reports, documentation, and analysis deliverables.
    • Ensure statistical methods and outputs meet project requirements and quality standards.
    • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Contribute to process improvements and effective collaboration within project teams.
    • Apply best practices in statistical programming, modeling, and clinical data analysis.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced statistician with strong expertise in clinical trial analysis and statistical programming. You should have hands-on experience with SAS and R, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

      • Proven experience performing statistical analysis and reporting for clinical trials.
      • Strong hands-on expertise with SAS and R for statistical modeling, efficacy analysis, and data interpretation.
      • Experience working closely with clinical and programming teams.
      • Strong understanding of statistical methodologies used in clinical research.
      • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data findings effectively.
      • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
      • Experience working in an Agile setup is preferred.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality analytical work.
