Accountabilities:
- Audit existing email nurture programs and marketing automation workflows to identify gaps, performance issues, and optimization opportunities
- Implement updates in HubSpot, including workflow automation, segmentation logic, enrollment triggers, and nurture sequences
- Build, launch, and manage promotional email campaigns supporting webinars, content initiatives, and product or marketing offers
- Develop end-to-end webinar marketing sequences including invitations, reminders, registrations, and post-event nurture flows
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align email execution with broader campaign calendars and content strategies
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, and optimize accordingly
- Support prospect engagement efforts using Qualified or similar tools to drive timely pipeline outreach and engagement
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and optimization across all lifecycle and demand generation email programs
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, email campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting (required)
- Experience with Qualified or similar AI-powered prospect engagement tools strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing webinar marketing campaigns and post-event nurture programs
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent campaign timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and applying insights to improve results
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing execution while applying sound judgment in their use
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across marketing and growth teams
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 75 to 95 USD per hour based on experience
- Flexible part-time schedule (20–30 hours per week)
- Fully remote contract role within the United States
