RN - Nurse Assessment and Quality Coordinator - Per Diem Day
RN Nurse Assessment (MDS) and Quality Coordinator of our Sub Acute Unit at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Day shifts (minimum 1 shift per week).
The RN Nurse Assessment (MDS) and Quality Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the MDS Assessment with the appropriate participation of health professionals. Knowledge of care required: Young Adult to Geriatric.

Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- 2 years LTC facility.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year Recent direct patient hospital care or work experience in a Long Term care or Sub Acute and/or TCU setting.
