Accountabilities:
- Build and lead the Partner Engineering function, defining team strategy, operating models, priorities, and success metrics.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies across key ecosystems, including cloud providers, AI platforms, independent software vendors, and enterprise technology partners.
- Lead technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, supporting partner onboarding, solution architecture, integration planning, and deployment success.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to align technical roadmaps with customer and partner opportunities.
- Create enablement programs that help partner engineering teams integrate, deploy, and scale technology solutions within their environments.
- Drive co-innovation initiatives, including proof-of-concept projects and technical demonstrations that showcase product capabilities.
- Represent the organization externally through conferences, technical content, industry discussions, and thought leadership activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify strategic integration opportunities.
- Partner with leadership teams to influence go-to-market strategies, joint business plans, and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
- Act as a technical advocate for partners and customers by gathering feedback and translating insights into product improvements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Partner Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or related technical leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing engineering, solutions, or partner-facing teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling partner engineering or solutions functions within startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience designing and implementing API-based integrations and modern application architectures.
- Knowledge of developer ecosystems, including REST APIs, HTTP, JavaScript, Web SDKs, and contemporary software frameworks.
- Ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders while aligning business objectives with technical outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both engineers and business leaders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging multimodal technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
