For one of its customers IQVIA is looking to recruit a GP Engagement & Omnichannel Key Accountmanager (Women’s Health). This national function combines field and office-based work and and plays a key part in strengthening engagement with General Practitioners (GPs) Does this sound like the perfect fit for you? What does the job entail?
Basically we are looking for a driven business developer with digital skills who wants to further expand the GP channel through a smart mix of personal contact and digital engagement. Someone who thrives on building connections, sees opportunities in a large target audience, and knows how to turn those opportunities into tangible results.
You will:
- Be the SPOC for GPs: engaging via face-to-face interactions, virtual meetings, events and congresses
- Actively build and maintain relationships with GPs across your region
- Develop and implement an omnichannel GP journey in collaboration with marketing
- Identify, organize and follow up on GP-focussed events and congresses
- Drive hybrid engagement strategies, combining digital and physical touchpoints
- Initiate and execute marketing activities (online & offline) based on GP needs
- Collaborate closely with KAMs (e.g. Specialties / Gynaecology) to ensure a consistent approach
- Contribute actively to the digital transformation of the GP channel
- Proactively identify new opportunities and expand the GP network and potential
What do you bring to the table?
- Experience in GP visits and field-based roles
- Knowledge of GP events and congress landscape
- Digital native with a strong affinity for omnichannel engagement
- Blend of business development mindset and marketing acumen
- Hands-on ability to execute digital journeys
- Strong communicator who easily builds connections with physicians and can confidently present to and engage groups
- Autonomous, proactive and results-driven (“will to win”)
- Strong team player, collaborating across sales, marketing, and digital teams
- Languages: Dutch, English and French (good proficiency required)
