What is the opportunity?
RBC’s Investor Services is looking for a Fee Setup Analyst with exceptional analytical skills to fulfill complex fee billing processes using an extensive understanding of Fee Billing products and to provide service to the clients and business units we support. You will be required to support the Client Services and Solutions, and Finance business units by setting up and producing timely and accurate client invoice, which leads to the collection of revenue for RBC Investor Services.
What will you do?
- Receive new and renegotiated fee schedules, interpret them, and enter them into the billing system according to established policies and procedures.
- Where non-standard set ups occur, create activities, equations, and fee patterns to ensure fees are billed in accordance to client’s legal agreement.
- Work with a variety of information sources to ensure all account openings/ closings/amendments are reflected accurately in the billing system.
- Provide sign off that all setups each month have been set up as per guidelines.
- Perform four eyes principle validation on all manual updates to the billing system.
- Answer and respond to a variety of queries from business users across RBC within the established guidelines for queries commonly received via email or telephone.

- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking skills
- Proficient with Excel
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in the securities industry
- Accounting degree or related experience
- Exposure to RBC core products/ systems is an asset (Trust, Milvus, GPlus, PCR, MPower, CPOM, Peoplesoft, Salesforce)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$55,000.00 - $90,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
