- Oversee sales activities to optimize performance and enhance company profitability.
- Monitor customers' KPI performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Strictly follow all sales processes and company regulations as set by management.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and promote relevant products and services.
- Generate qualified sales leads and coordinate with relevant departments for timely follow-up.
- Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively grow the customer base.
- Identify customer needs and discover new business opportunities.
- Develop customized solutions based on specific customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- Experience in sales in shipping/logistics industry is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Having logical thinking, problem-solving & customer hunting skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints constructively
- Ability to work under pressure, agile and adaptive
