  • Oversee sales activities to optimize performance and enhance company profitability.
  • Monitor customers' KPI performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Strictly follow all sales processes and company regulations as set by management.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and promote relevant products and services.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and coordinate with relevant departments for timely follow-up.
  • Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively grow the customer base.
  • Identify customer needs and discover new business opportunities.
  • Develop customized solutions based on specific customer requirements. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
  • Experience in sales in shipping/logistics industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
  • Having logical thinking, problem-solving & customer hunting skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints constructively
  • Ability to work under pressure, agile and adaptive
