Accountabilities:

    • Draft, review, and manage OTC derivative trade confirmations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal and external counterparties through paper-based and electronic processes.
    • Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies in trade economics and confirmation language in collaboration with trading, legal, and risk teams.
    • Support the drafting of ad-hoc confirmations requests and contribute to the creation and enhancement of standardized templates.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding of new products and adherence to documentation standards, including ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
    • Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, control frameworks, and automation of confirmation processes.
    • Manage additional tasks as required to support the broader OTC confirmations and structured products function.
    • Requirements:

      • 2–3 years of experience in drafting and reviewing OTC equity structured product confirmations.
      • Strong understanding of ISDA 2002 and 2006/2021 Equity and Swap Definitions.
      • Experience with structured equity products such as autocalls, swap strategies, option strategies, and variance swaps.
      • Intermediate negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly with trading, legal, and risk teams.
      • Ability to analyze complex trade structures and propose documentation solutions across new products and templates.
      • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
