Accountabilities:
- Analyze client challenges and design or adapt technical solutions that address business goals and operational needs.
- Architect large-scale solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including content management, commerce, customer data platforms, campaign management, and analytics.
- Translate business initiatives and processes into scalable technical solution options.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Lead architecture discussions, define technical roadmaps, and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with business solution architects and delivery teams to ensure solution designs align with overall objectives.
- Provide mentorship and coaching on architecture, solution design, and development best practices.
- Build prototypes and support engineering teams with implementation guidance, coding collaboration, and troubleshooting.
- Create and review architecture documentation, solution designs, data models, integrations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure successful delivery of complex client solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Stay current with emerging digital experience trends, including customer experience platforms, personalization strategies, and evolving technology patterns.
- Contribute thought leadership through industry insights, technical content, and best practices.
- Support continuous innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, platforms, and customer outcomes.
- 10+ years of overall technology experience with significant experience designing enterprise solutions.
- 8+ years of consulting, agency, or client-facing technology delivery experience.
- Subject matter expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud products and solutions.
- Certification in at least one Adobe product; Adobe Experience Manager or Commerce certification is a plus.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital experience solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience technologies, and modern solution architectures.
- Ability to solve complex business problems through innovative and practical technical approaches.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Calm, solutions-oriented approach when resolving technical challenges or stakeholder disagreements.

- Base salary range of $150,000–$210,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
