About this role:
This is a 6-month contract.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support Bullhorn’s Talent Acquisition team during a period of elevated hiring volume by owning full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of requisitions. This role exists to add immediate, hands-on capacity to the TA team so that open roles keep moving, candidates stay engaged, and hiring managers get consistent partnership without sacrificing quality or process discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, with a focus on roles across Tech/Engineering, Professional Services, Support functions, and more as needed.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines
Source, screen, and pipeline candidates using AI-assisted screening tools
Manage candidate communication and ensure a consistent, professional experience at every stage
Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, panel prep, and debrief facilitation
Maintain accurate ATS data, including dispositioning, stage updates, and notes
Collaborate with TA team members and the Senior Director of Talent Management to manage req prioritization and proactively flag capacity or process issues
Support hiring manager relationships by providing regular pipeline updates and setting clear expectations on timeline and next steps
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record specifically recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions/Sales) in a SaaS or technology company
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, multi-req workload independently
Strong sourcing skills and comfort using AI or automation tools as part of the screening workflow
Clear, professional communicator with both hiring managers and candidates
Self-directed contractor mindset: low ramp time, low oversight needed, focused on outcomes
Bonus Points for:
Experience recruiting across multiple functions
Experience with Workday ATS
Experience recruiting for international or high-volume technical requisitions strongly preferred
The annualized base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $125,000.
