Accountabilities:
- Support the execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies across multiple direct-to-consumer offers, ensuring alignment with broader performance goals.
- Help design and implement promotional mechanics such as discounts, BOGOs, free gifts, urgency-based offers, and upsell structures across funnels and landing pages.
- Execute A/B tests and experiments using structured frameworks, including setup, QA, instrumentation, and post-test analysis.
- Analyze experiment performance across key metrics such as AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rates, and overall profitability to inform optimization decisions.
- Contribute to the development of pricing frameworks, offer ladders, and conversion-focused funnel improvements in collaboration with senior team members.
- Maintain clear documentation of experiments, results, and insights to build institutional knowledge and support future decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with creative, operations, data, and traffic teams to ensure accurate execution and scaling of winning strategies.
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, direct-response, or eCommerce-focused roles.
- Hands-on exposure to pricing, promotional strategy, conversion optimization, or DTC offer performance.
- Strong understanding of experimentation principles including A/B testing, hypothesis creation, and metric-driven decision-making.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools, eCommerce platforms, or analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
