Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinic LPN, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care and make critical assessments! Expectations:
- Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
- May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
- Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
- Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
- Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Completion of IV Therapy Course
