Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and similar technologies.
- Build advanced AI solutions using Python, LLM APIs, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and translate complex challenges into practical AI solutions.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping through testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Develop reusable templates, components, prompt patterns, and scalable frameworks to accelerate future AI initiatives.
- Ensure all solutions meet quality, governance, security, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to internal AI communities by sharing knowledge, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate new AI platforms, tools, connectors, and frameworks to continuously enhance delivery capabilities.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, or Power Automate.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience integrating LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent technologies.
- Solid understanding of conversational AI concepts, including agent design, knowledge management, escalation workflows, and intent handling.
- Experience implementing AI evaluations, guardrails, responsible AI practices, and mechanisms to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders and deliver solutions in environments with evolving or ambiguous requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with enterprise data connectors such as SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, LLMOps/MLOps practices, SQL, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
