Role responsibilities

The Senior Director of Operations will lead and scale operations across a large facility, ensuring alignment and efficiency in receiving, production, post-production, finishing, quality, and shipping. This role involves strategic partnership with executive leadership to shape operational strategy and drive performance improvements.

Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, with proven expertise in facility operations and end-to-end manufacturing workflows. A deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and experience in workforce planning and leadership development are also required.
