Accountabilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and sourcing priorities.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective candidates through targeted outreach, networking, job boards, professional communities, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized clinical positions and other difficult-to-fill roles.
- Review resumes and verify candidate qualifications, including relevant licenses, credentials, experience, and eligibility requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach conversations to confirm candidate interest, availability, and alignment with open opportunities.
- Attend virtual and local job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities when needed.
- Collaborate with recruiters to provide qualified candidate handoffs and support hiring objectives.
- Track sourcing activity, maintain accurate pipeline information, and provide regular updates on progress and metrics.
- Ensure candidate information is handled professionally and confidentially throughout the sourcing process.
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Experience using sourcing platforms, job boards, professional networks, and social media recruitment tools.
- Ability to identify passive candidates and create creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional applications.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.
- Previous experience sourcing healthcare professionals, licensed clinicians, or behavioral health talent is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information appropriately.
- Ability to work from a secure home office environment that meets privacy and compliance requirements.
- Starting compensation of $26 per hour.
