It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.求人内容＜採用ポジション＞QA(品質保証)エンジニア (環境規制適合に向けた評価業務担当)＜職務内容＞製品規制エンジニアリング部門の一員として、製品環境コンプライアンス(PEC)を専門とするエンジニア職を募集します。 本ポジションでは、当社のグローバルな製品規制&サステナビリティ推進活動に貢献でき、HDD製品開発部門のサポート、環境影響評価の実施、RoHS、REACH、WEEE、PFAS等の国際的な製品関連環境規制への適合確保などを担当いただきます。 想定している業務は以下の通り。(第二新卒歓迎！以下業務経験は不問です。)製品部品表(BoM)、製造データ、サプライヤー情報の収集・分析による環境影響評価の実施以下を含む国際環境規制への適合性確保:RoHS(特定有害物質使用制限指令)REACH(化学物質の登録・評価・認可・制限に関する規則)WEEE(廃電気電子機器指令)PFAS規制カリフォルニア州プロポジション65、TSCA、その他の地域固有の規制蛍光X線分析装置(XRF)を使用した材料試験の実施およびXRFラボのマネジメント設計、サプライチェーン、コンプライアンス、サステナビリティ等の部門横断チームと協働し、コンプライアンスデータの収集・検証を実施材料宣言およびコンプライアンスデータベース(IPC-1752A、BOMcheck、IMDS、SCIP、GDX等)の保守・更新サステナビリティおよびコンプライアンスデータ収集に関するサプライヤーエンゲージメント活動への貢献サステナビリティレポート、コンプライアンス文書、規制当局への届出書類の作成支援グローバルな環境コンプライアンス規制およびサステナビリティトレンドに関する最新情報の収集・把握About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and driven Engineer to join our Product Regulatory Engineering team focusing on Product Environmental Compliance (PEC). In this role, you will contribute to our company’s global Product Regulatory & Sustainability initiatives by supporting product development teams, evaluating environmental impacts, and ensuring compliance with international product-related environmental regulations including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, PFAS and other emerging requirements.Key Responsibilities:Collect and analyze product Bill of Materials (BoMs), manufacturing data, and supplier information for environmental impact analysis.Ensure compliance with international environmental regulations such as:RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)PFAS RegulationsCalifornia Proposition 65, TSCA, and other region-specific directives.Testing the materials using XRF analysis and managing the XRF labWork with cross-functional teams (Design, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Sustainability) to gather and validate compliance data.Maintain and update material declaration and compliance databases (e.g., IPC-1752A, BOMcheck, IMDS, SCIP, GDX).Contribute to supplier engagement efforts related to sustainability and compliance data collection.Assist in preparing sustainability reports, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings.Stay updated on evolving global environmental compliance regulations and sustainability trends.資格＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 大学時の研究室または現職において、評価装置を使用した材料の測定・評価の経験を有する方サステナビリティの観点から環境・製品規制に関する業務に興味をお持ちの方英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル＜あれば望ましいスキル＞測定装置の中でもXRF(X-Ray Fluorescence)の使用経験歓迎RequiredExperience in measuring and evaluating materials using measuring equipment in University Lab or at current job.Interest in Product Environmental Regulations from the perspective of corporate sustainabilityBusiness Level in English and JapanesePreferredExperience using XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) would be even better.その他の情報＜求人概要＞　【想定年収】600万円 ～ 850万円 　　　　月給：29万円以上　※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定 　　　　※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）　【雇用会社】ウエスタンデジタルテクノロジーズ合同会社　【勤務地詳細】神奈川県藤沢市桐原町1番地　（湘南台駅よりバス10分）　【勤務時間】8：45～17：15...
